The equipment rental module is closely linked to the room reservation module, allowing you to reserve equipment at the same time as the room. It includes back-office stock management (no payment management, only free rental).

Room reservations

Our room rental module, integrated into the CMS, enables you to manage the reservation of multiple different rooms, for both internal and external use. A calendar of availability and unavailability is displayed online. A reservation form allows you to select the desired period for room reservation. Each reservation is automatically recorded in the CMS. The customer validates or rejects the reservation from the back office.

CGN day tickets

This module enables you to book online a day pass for public transport by boat at a reduced price. This special offer is a service provided by certain municipalities for their citizens. The user can consult the available cards on a calendar and book directly via a dynamic form. Online payment can also be integrated.

Agenda

The municipal calendar lets you publish events taking place in a defined area. Using an advanced search engine (filter by date, month, period, theme, location, target audience), this module brings real added value to local authority websites. A registration form can be added to the event details.

We retrieve the feed from the Meteonews API (you need to sign a contract directly with Meteonews) to display the day's weather (pictogram and min/max temperatures).

Forms

A form management module is available directly in the CMS. A form can be integrated directly into a page by configuring the fields. Data is sent and can be stored in a database. A simple payment system can be integrated for quick purchases.

Thanks to the CRM we've developed and integrated into our CMS, creating an intranet becomes a logical step in a company's digitalization strategy. A single interface can be used to manage site and intranet content, as well as user accounts. If required, LDAP synchronization can be set up for login. Employee directory, internal news and events, document manager... these are the main features of the intranet. Other sections can of course be custom-designed, such as a classified ads module.

Extranet

As with the intranet, the creation of an extranet is becoming essential for some communes wishing to offer their councillors new, high-performance tools, for example by making meeting documents available to them.

Mini-site

If required, a mini-site manager can be set up. Navigation, content and images are managed within the main site's CMS, as our CMS is multi-site.

Interactive map

Interactive map

Points of interest in a commune are geolocated on a stylized Google map to match the site's design. These points can be filtered by category (ATM, schools, places of worship, parking, security, etc.).

Directory of companies and associations

Directory of companies and associations

The directory allows you to publish on the site a complete list of businesses and associations in the community. An advanced search engine allows you to filter this often dense information. Each entry has a more or less detailed page.

Newsletter

Newsletter

For local authorities, the newsletter module makes it easy to generate newsletters with a clean, responsive template to broadcast the month's news and events. The newsletter is sent centrally, also from the CMS. After sending, an opening report with statistics is available.

Social network feeds

Social network feeds

This module aggregates social content by retrieving posts from the company's Facebook and Instagram pages. The latest posts are published on the home page, and a more complete "social wall" page can be created.

Job offers

Job offers

Interfacing with Jobub possible, i.e. retrieving jobs published on jobup from the CMS for automatic publication on the site.
